If interested in purchasing a SHA - RECE piece while visiting the studio, it may be prudent to use the cash purchase method. Although cash is preferred, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, and Square is also available.
Please remember that each piece of SHA - RECE jewelry is a work of art, and needs to be cared for in the way any cherished sculpture or painting would be handled. We don't recommend sleeping, washing or exercise while wearing any SHA - RECE designs.
Bronze and silver naturally oxidize over time. This grey hue, a chemical reaction, can be removed with a metal polish (we like W.G. Hagerty’s 100 All Metal Polish) and a polishing cloth (we use Sunshine Polishing cloths). To delay oxidation, keep your SHA - RECE jewelry away from moisture, shower steam, and other water activities. When you’re not wearing your jewelry, store it in a plastic bag.

Production and Processing Timeline
All SHA - RECE jewelry is made to order in our Seattle studio. We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note that we allow ourselves five to ten business days for production and processing before we ship out your order.
After your order has shipped from our studio, domestic shipments may arrive between 1-10 business days, depending on which shipping method you have selected (USPS First Class, USPS Priority, FedEx 2-day, or FedEx Overnight).
For international orders we offer USPS International First Class (5-20 business days after ship date) and DHL (1-3 business days after ship date) options. Due to USPS policies, once a package is beyond United States borders, we can no longer track it. DHL orders, however, can be tracked. You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number. Once your order has shipped from our studio.
International Duties and Taxes
SHA - RECE is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.

If you are unsure of your ring size, please visit your local jeweler for a fitting.
Please consider that each SHA - RECE piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 10 days of the arrival of your purchase. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect sizing and Resizing
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. We do offer resizing for a $40 fee.
